FTAI Aviation’s board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.59375 per share on the company’s 9.50% Fixed-Rate Reset Series D Cumulative Perpetual Redeemable Preferred Shares (FTAIM).

The dividend matches the previous quarter’s $0.59375 payment.

Payment is scheduled for Dec. 15 to shareholders of record Dec. 1.
