Cramer’s Charitable Trust Adds 75 BNY Shares at About $150
The addition would bring the trust’s holding to 750 shares and raise its portfolio weight to 2.85% from about 2.56%.

Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust is adding 75 shares of Bank of New York (BNY) at roughly $150 each, bringing its holding to 750 shares as the stock rebounds from a decline that began in September.
The expanded position would make up 2.85% of the trust’s portfolio, compared with about 2.56% before the purchase. The trust also bought BNY shares for roughly $138 on Oct. 15, when the bank reported results.
BNY shares have recovered since earnings came in above expectations, but remain about 10% below their September closing high of $164.84. The results reinforced the trust’s thesis that revenue growth will outpace expense growth and support positive operating leverage.
