Bitcoin Sees $11.53 Million in Long Liquidations in One Hour
BTC fell 0.41%, from $77,772 to $77,455, during the hour ending 6:08 a.m. ET.

Bitcoin (BTC) saw $11.53 million in long liquidations during the hour ending 6:08 a.m. ET (10:08 UTC) Friday, Oct. 30, as its price fell 0.41% over the same period.
The reported total was $11.71 million, with $11.53 million in long positions and $170,000 in short positions. Bitcoin moved from $77,772 at the start of the hour to $77,455 at the end.
The calculation combines publicly available liquidation data collected from Binance, Bybit and OKX, covering those three exchanges only rather than the market as a whole. That makes the $11.71 million figure a three-exchange total, not a marketwide estimate.
The window for both the liquidation tally and the price comparison was the same one-hour interval ending at 6:08 a.m. ET. Long liquidations substantially exceeded short liquidations in the reported figures: $11.53 million compared with $170,000. Bitcoin's price declined $317, from $77,772 to $77,455, over that interval.
