The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index widened its decline to 6% Friday, Oct. 30, as chipmaker losses added pressure to high-growth technology shares, a risk-sentiment signal tracked by crypto traders.

Nvidia shares declined 3.24%, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) fell 3.83%, Broadcom lost 5.04%, Micron Technology slipped 4.46%, and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) dropped 9.48%. Intel plunged 29.6%, while ARM fell 10.18%.

The losses varied widely: Intel's 29.6% slide was nearly three times ARM's 10.18% decline, the next-largest among the named stocks. AMD also fell 9.48%, while Nvidia's 3.24% decline was the smallest of the seven. TSMC, Broadcom and Micron Technology each lost between 3.83% and 5.04%, clustering near the low end of the reported declines. The range shows the selloff reached multiple chipmakers, with the steepest pressure concentrated in Intel.

The index's decline puts the company moves into a single market reading. The broad losses also signal pressure in a high-growth technology segment, a risk-sentiment marker crypto traders track alongside digital-asset markets.
