Bernstein shifted its rating on Alnylam Pharmaceuticals on Friday, Oct. 30, from Outperform to Market Perform, citing concerns about the design of TRITON-CM, a Phase 3 study of nucresiran.

Analyst Jeffrey Walch was behind the rating action. Nucresiran is Alnylam's next-generation RNAi therapeutic.
