U.S. spot XRP exchange-traded funds recorded $8.43 million in net inflows during the Oct. 29 U.S. trading session (ET), with Franklin Templeton’s XRP ETF accounting for the largest share of the day’s gains.

Franklin Templeton’s XRP ETF led with $5.57 million, and the Bitwise XRP ETF took in $2.86 million. Across the five U.S. spot funds, the combined daily total was $8.43 million.

After the session, the funds had $1.465 billion in combined net assets and $1.809 billion in cumulative net inflows. Net assets value fund holdings at a point in time, while cumulative net inflows add together net flows over time. The figures describe different measures: one is a holdings snapshot and the other is a running flow total.

The Oct. 29 inflow was nearly twice the about $4.25 million net gain for the week ended Oct. 23. The prior week’s XRP ETF flow breakdown showed inflows on Oct. 21 and 22. That comparison puts one session beside a full five-session week, rather than showing a rate that can be assumed to continue.

ETF net inflows measure share creations minus redemptions. The net figure reflects both types of activity together; it does not identify the investors behind the transactions or show the gross amount created and redeemed separately.

Bitwise’s trust allows shares to be created in XRP or cash. Cash creations require the trust to buy XRP, while in-kind creations transfer XRP to the fund. The daily flow total alone does not establish that Bitwise’s trust made a single open-market purchase.

The Oct. 29 tally covers one session and does not establish whether inflows continued in later sessions.
