Bitcoin (BTC) short-term holders’ Net P/L to Exchanges seven-day average posted a negative reading of -3,022 on Oct. 30, the first negative reading since Aug. 18. The same measure was +21,182 on Oct. 24.

The metric tracks net profit or loss on Bitcoin moved to exchanges by short-term holders, averaged over seven days. A negative result places the measure on the loss side; exchange-bound transfers do not by themselves establish that holders sold the coins.
