Binance’s XRP (XRP) Reserves Hit Lowest Level Since December 2022
The balance fell 220 million XRP in two days. Bybit and Bithumb reserves also declined, while Upbit’s rose.
Binance’s tracked XRP (XRP) reserves fell by 220 million tokens in two days to 2.47 billion on Oct. 30, reaching their lowest level since December 2022.
The balance declined from 2.69 billion on Oct. 28, a drop of 8.18%. The Oct. 30 reading also appeared in an earlier reserve snapshot.
A lower tracked balance means fewer XRP were held in Binance’s reserves at the later reading. The change alone does not establish whether tokens were sold, moved into custody or transferred elsewhere.
Balances moved in different directions across other exchanges over the same dates. Bybit’s reserves fell from 306 million XRP to 286 million, and Bithumb’s declined from 1.847 billion to 1.837 billion. Upbit’s rose from 6.42 billion to 6.44 billion XRP.
On the four-hour chart, a break below the bear flag’s lower trend line would put $1.16 in view as a possible level. A move above $1.28 would invalidate the setup. Both are conditional chart markers, and the reserve figures do not confirm either price move.
