Three analysts raised their price targets for Microsoft shares to $650 on Oct. 29, a day after the company posted 19% year-over-year revenue growth in its fiscal first quarter.

TD Cowen analyst Derrick Wood raised his target to $650 from $625 and maintained a Buy rating. Piper Sandler analyst Billy Fitzsimmons lifted his target to $650 from $610, keeping an Overweight rating. D.A. Davidson analyst Gil Luria moved to $650 from $550 and kept a Buy rating. Citizens JMP analyst Patrick Walravens raised his target to $625 from $550 and maintained a Market Outperform rating.

The revisions build on earlier coverage of Microsoft analyst targets. Before the results, UBS had the highest target, while Mizuho, StoneX and Barclays each set targets of $600.

Microsoft’s fiscal 2027 first quarter ended Sept. 30. Revenue reached $92.3 billion, up 19% from a year earlier. Microsoft Cloud revenue rose 30% to $63.9 billion, and Azure revenue increased 48%.

Microsoft Chief Financial Officer Amy Hood said, “Results exceeded expectations across revenue, operating income, and earnings per share.” Wood wrote that “Strong growth acceleration & margin upside warrant a continued rally in shares.”
