Solana RSI Nears 30 as FBI Says Stolen Binance Assets Shift Primarily Into Ether
A Nov. 1 Binance snapshot showed Solana at 30.4 and Ether at 33.8; Binance said it had replenished about 95% of the affected amount.

Solana (SOL) was closer to the conventional oversold threshold than Ether (ETH) in a Nov. 1 snapshot, while the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) said stolen Binance assets were being converted primarily into Ether.
At 1:13 a.m. EDT (05:13 UTC) Nov. 1, the 14-period daily relative strength index (RSI) was 30.4 for SOL and 33.8 for ETH on Binance spot pairs. RSI measures recent price momentum on a scale of 0 to 100; readings below 30 are commonly considered oversold. SOL remained above that level, and the indicator does not confirm a reversal.
The FBI said Oct. 31 that North Korea was responsible for stealing more than $6 billion in virtual assets from Binance on or about Oct. 29. The bureau said it had observed TraderTraitor actors converting stolen assets primarily into ETH and expected further laundering through decentralized finance and instant-swap services.
The FBI’s list includes one Solana address and a much longer set of Ethereum addresses it says hold or have held assets from the theft. Its latest alert did not quantify how much Ether had been sold on markets.
Binance said Nov. 1 that it had replenished about 95% of the affected amount, up from about 90% in its prior update. The remaining 5% involved less-liquid tokens outside the 10 assets Binance listed as fully backed. The replenishment figure describes Binance’s coverage of the affected amount, not funds recovered by law enforcement.
