Binance recorded about $1.26 billion in net outflows over a 24-hour period reported Sunday, as the exchange began restoring withdrawals on a limited basis across seven networks.

The seven-day net outflow reached about $8.01 billion. That period includes Oct. 29-30, the dates of the Binance incident. The exchange’s platform assets stood at about $133.9 billion.

Withdrawals returned in stages Sunday, with some assets available across Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum, BSC, XRP, Base, Dogecoin (DOGE) and Optimism. The resumption covered only some assets on each network.

Flows also differed across exchanges during the same 24-hour window. OKX recorded a net inflow of about $65.4 million, while Bybit had an inflow of about $20.6 million. A net outflow reflects the amount leaving after incoming funds are subtracted; it does not measure total withdrawals. The seven-day figure covers a longer period than the 24-hour reading, and Binance’s asset total is a separate snapshot of platform holdings.
