Binance Records $4.91 Billion in Net Outflows Over 24 Hours
Seven-day net outflows reached $13.71 billion, while Binance’s Bitcoin wallets shed about 20,300 BTC in 24 hours.

Binance recorded about $4.91 billion in net outflows in a 24-hour period after withdrawals resumed, with internal wallet transfers potentially affecting the total tracked movement.
The exchange’s seven-day net outflow reached about $13.71 billion, while assets on its platform totaled about $127.62 billion. Bitcoin (BTC) balances in Binance wallets fell by roughly 20,300 BTC in 24 hours and 54,000 BTC over seven days, leaving about 647,800 BTC.
OKX recorded about $302 million in net inflows over the same 24-hour period, while Bybit had about $62.92 million in net inflows. Net outflow measures the value of tracked movements leaving an exchange after incoming transfers are offset.
Binance had earlier said its outflows reached about $3.64 billion during the 9.5-hour period after withdrawals resumed on Nov. 1. The two outflow figures cover different windows. Transfers between Binance hot-wallet addresses may affect the tally, so it does not establish how much value came from customer withdrawals.
