Backpack Securities Sets Monthly Volume Record for Tokenized Assets on Solana

Backpack Securities set a monthly volume record for tokenized assets on Solana about four months after launch, marking a milestone for its stock and ETF offerings.
A separate snapshot covering June 12 through Oct. 18 showed more than $5.3 billion in cumulative onchain volume for the tokenized stocks and exchange-traded funds. It also counted more than 430,000 holders and 87 live tokenized securities. Those figures measure activity across the full period, while the new claim refers to a monthly record. It should not be read as the record month’s volume. The earlier cumulative-volume snapshot of Backpack’s tokenized stocks and ETFs provides a separate measure of the platform’s activity.
Through Backpack Exchange, customers can withdraw a share they hold and receive a token representing it on a one-to-one basis. Depositing the token back burns it and credits the corresponding share to the customer’s exchange account. The tokenized securities can trade outside regular U.S. stock-market hours.
