Arc’s USDC Supply Tops $1 Billion After a 30-Day Increase
USDC made up 99.18% of Arc’s stablecoin supply in early November, while the top four addresses held about 73% of USDC at the $1 billion milestone.

USD Coin (USDC) supply on Arc crossed $1 billion on Oct. 27 after rising roughly 109% to 112% over a 30-day measurement window, even as global stablecoin supply contracted in late October.
By early November, Arc held about $1.088 billion in USDC out of roughly $1.098 billion in total stablecoins. USDC represented 99.18% of the total, leaving about $10 million in other stablecoins based on the rounded figures. The readings measure balances on Arc; they do not show how many people use the network or how often they transact.
Arc’s public mainnet launched Sept. 16, about six weeks before the $1 billion milestone. The network uses USDC to pay transaction fees. The supply figures do not establish whether that role contributed to the increase or whether the growth came from new issuance, transfers from other networks or another source.
The increase continues Arc’s earlier rise in stablecoin capitalization, which took place as the global total fell. The latest figures show USDC’s balance and share on Arc have grown, but they do not establish what drove the change.
The top four addresses held approximately 73% of USDC supply when it reached $1 billion. The addresses do not identify who controls them: a wallet can belong to an exchange, custodian, market maker or protocol, and a small number of addresses may represent many end users.
That concentration affects how the supply figure should be read. A large balance held at a few addresses does not by itself show broad use across the network, and movements by a small number of holders could change the total quickly. Future supply readings will show whether the 30-day growth rate persists, address concentration eases or other stablecoins gain share on Arc.
