Northern Trust 2055 Tax-Exempt Distributing Ladder ETF (MUND) is an actively managed bond fund with maturities, or “rungs,” extending through 2055. Its objective is to make periodic distributions from income exempt from regular federal income tax and/or principal through that year.

The fund’s cash distributions may include income, principal and return of capital. Municipal bond interest may avoid federal income tax while remaining subject to state or local tax.
