Deutsche Bank upgraded CrowdStrike to buy from hold Monday, Nov. 2, and raised its price target to $300, citing artificial intelligence’s potential to expand demand for cybersecurity services.

The new target replaced the bank’s previous $240 level and implied about 20% upside from Friday’s close. CrowdStrike shares had gained 114% year to date as of Monday, as more companies sought tools to address cybersecurity risks linked to AI.

Deutsche Bank analyst Brad Zelnick said CrowdStrike’s estimate of a $565 billion total addressable market by 2034 may be conservative. Zelnick tied the estimate to growing cyber demand as AI advances.

“Investors are still not fully appreciating the extent to which AI will expand the market for cybersecurity and CrowdStrike’s leadership at the forefront,” Zelnick wrote in a note Monday.

Forty of 55 analysts covering CrowdStrike rated its shares buy or strong buy, while 13 had hold ratings. Deutsche Bank’s rating matched that broader analyst mix.

CrowdStrike expanded its partnership with Nvidia in 2026 to develop real-time AI security agents designed to protect data centers and cloud infrastructure.
