BlackRock set a November distribution of $0.157563 per share for the iShares Long-Term National Muni Bond ETF (LMUB), 16.1% below the fund’s October payment. The distribution is scheduled to reach shareholders Thursday, Nov. 5.

The October distribution was $0.187701 per share and was payable Oct. 6. LMUB makes distributions monthly.

Both shareholder eligibility dates fell on Nov. 2. The record date determines which shareholders qualify for a distribution. Shares purchased on Nov. 2 or later do not qualify for this distribution.

The November distribution is classified entirely as income. Short-term and long-term capital gains, as well as return of capital, are listed at zero.

LMUB’s investment objective is to follow an index of U.S. municipal bonds rated investment grade, with maturities of 12 years or longer.
