iShares PMMF Set a $0.074439 Weekly Distribution for Oct. 29

The fund declared the income distribution Oct. 27, with Oct. 28 set as both the record and ex-dividend date. Its next scheduled declaration date is Nov. 3.

BlackRock's iShares Prime Money Market ETF (PMMF) declared a weekly income distribution of $0.074439 per share on Oct. 27, with payment scheduled for Oct. 29 and Oct. 28 set as the record and ex-dividend date.

The distribution consisted entirely of income. Short-term gains, long-term gains and return of capital were each $0 per share.

BlackRock ETF Trust had planned to shift the fund from monthly to weekly income distributions beginning in April 2026. PMMF seeks current income consistent with liquidity and stability of principal.

The next scheduled declaration date is Nov. 3, followed by Nov. 4 record and ex-dividend dates and a Nov. 5 payment date.
