Invesco Pennsylvania Value Municipal Income Trust declared a $0.0667 monthly distribution for November, with payment set for Nov. 30 and eligibility dates on Nov. 16.
The trust’s board declared the payout Nov. 2. The amount matches the previous distribution. Nov. 16 is both the ex-dividend date and the record date, which determines which shareholders are eligible to receive the distribution.
Invesco estimates that part of the payment will come from a return of principal rather than net income. The trust will determine the distributions’ final sources and tax treatment after 2026 ends.
The trust seeks current income exempt from federal and Pennsylvania income taxes. Under normal market conditions, it invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal securities.
