JetBlue Shares Close 11% Higher at $3.17 as Frontier Gains Nearly 15%

JetBlue Airways shares ended Monday, Nov. 2, at $3.17, up 11% for the session. Airline shares advanced more broadly, with Frontier Group gaining nearly 15%.

JetBlue's third-quarter results included a $257 million net loss on $2.81 billion in revenue. Fuel expense reached $868 million after the airline's fuel bill climbed 61%; its adjusted loss was 60 cents per share.
