BlackRock set a $0.201052 November distribution for the iShares Broad USD High Yield Corporate Bond ETF (USHY), down 8.6% from October, with payment due Nov. 5.

The fund’s prior distribution was $0.220036 per share. It classifies the November payment entirely as income, with no short-term or long-term capital gains and no return of capital.

Nov. 2 is both the record date and ex-dividend date. A buyer who purchases on or after an ex-dividend date is not entitled to that distribution. Payment is scheduled for Nov. 5.

BlackRock lists Oct. 30 as the declaration date. USHY distributes monthly and seeks to track the ICE BofA US High Yield Constrained Index. The fund’s 30-day SEC yield was 7.90% as of Oct. 29.

The November payout follows a similar announcement for another iShares high-yield fund, the iShares Euro High Yield Corporate Bond USD Hedged ETF, covered in a separate TokenPost distribution article.
