Liberty All-Star Growth Fund Sets $0.11 Quarterly Distribution
Shareholders of record Nov. 12 are eligible for the Jan. 4, 2027, payment, which generally will be made in newly issued shares.

The board of Liberty All-Star Growth Fund, Inc. (NYSE: ASG) declared a $0.11 quarterly distribution for shareholders, with payment scheduled for Jan. 4, 2027, under a policy tied to net asset value.
The Nov. 2 declaration applies to shareholders of record Nov. 12, 2026. ASG is a closed-end fund listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
The fund’s policy targets annual distributions of about 8% of net asset value, divided into four quarterly installments equal to 2% of NAV. The quarterly amount is tied to NAV rather than a fixed level of investment income.
The fund plans to make the payment in newly issued shares. Shareholders who are outside its dividend reinvestment plan may elect cash. Shares will be issued at the lower of the fund’s Dec. 11 NAV or market value, with a floor of 95% of market value.
Part of the payment could be classified as short- or long-term capital gains or a return of capital. The tax treatment of the fund’s 2026 distributions, including any qualified dividend income, will be determined after year-end.
The separate Liberty All-Star Equity Fund also declared a Jan. 4 distribution, under a policy that targets annual distributions of about 10% of NAV. ASG’s next key date is Nov. 12, when shareholders must be on record to qualify for its payment.
