USDC Treasury minted $250 million in USD Coin (USDC), a dollar-linked stablecoin issued by Circle.

The amount matches several earlier USDC creations, including a 250 million-token mint on Solana on Oct. 6. USDC is designed to maintain a one-to-one value with the U.S. dollar.

A mint records tokens created at the Treasury, but does not establish whether the new USDC moved to exchanges or other holders or how much entered circulation.
