Binance Net Outflows Fall to $3.25 Billion as Flows Improve
The 24-hour figure is down more than 50% from a peak near $7 billion. CZ said Binance is covering theft-related losses with its own balance sheet.

Binance’s 24-hour net outflows narrowed to about $3.25 billion from a peak near $7 billion, while its deposit-to-withdrawal ratio recovered, pointing to better overall flows.
The latest outflow level was more than 50% below its high. Binance held about $124.4 billion in total assets, and withdrawal services were gradually returning across its networks. The total-asset figure is separate from the daily net-flow reading, which reflects the balance of money entering and leaving the exchange.
Binance founder CZ said the exchange had allocated 100% of the funds, with about 5% still needing conversion into smaller tokens. He said Binance was covering losses tied to stolen funds from its own balance sheet, without borrowing, selling assets or raising financing.
Net outflows mean withdrawals exceed deposits after incoming funds are counted; the $3.25 billion reading therefore indicates a net exit during the 24-hour window. The falling figure and recovering ratio marked an improvement from the peak as Binance continued restoring withdrawal services across its networks.
