Binance said deposits on its platform exceeded withdrawals in an hourly reading at 10 p.m. ET Monday, Nov. 2 (03:00 UTC Tuesday, Nov. 3), a change the exchange linked to improving user activity.

Binance described flows as trending toward stability. The exchange also planned to resume withdrawals for additional assets while keeping deposits open.

The reading followed the first 9.5 hours of withdrawal service after its Nov. 1 restart, when withdrawals totaled $4.649 billion against $1.01 billion in deposits, leaving a $3.64 billion gap. That earlier period ran from 1 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ET (06:00–15:30 UTC) Nov. 1, so its cumulative total covers a different window from the later hourly reading.
