Binance-tracked wallets showed $1.822 billion in net inflows over the 24-hour period ending around 4:29 a.m. ET Tuesday, Nov. 3 (09:29 UTC), after the exchange resumed withdrawals Sunday, Nov. 1, following a security breach.

The snapshot put assets held in the tracked wallets at $127.699 billion. Net inflows measure the difference between incoming and outgoing transfers across a rolling 24-hour window; the figure does not mean $1.822 billion arrived in a single deposit. The asset total is a point-in-time balance, so it measures something different from the flow figure. A later reading can cover a different set of transfers as the rolling window moves forward.

Binance separately said hourly deposits exceeded withdrawals at 10 p.m. ET Monday, Nov. 2 (03:00 UTC Tuesday, Nov. 3). That hourly reading covers a shorter period than the 24-hour wallet-flow figure, so the two measurements are not direct comparisons.
