Trader 0xf081 closed Bitcoin (BTC), Hyperliquid (HYPE) and Zcash (ZEC) long positions at an estimated $6.09 million loss, then opened new Ether (ETH) and HYPE longs valued at about $42.9 million Tuesday.

The three losing positions were closed over a six-hour period. The $6.09 million figure is the combined loss on those exits, rather than the value of any one position.

The new Ether long covered 14,583 ETH and was valued at approximately $33 million. A separate HYPE long covered 117,871 tokens and was worth about $9.9 million. Together, the two new positions had a stated value of roughly $42.9 million.

HYPE was the only asset included in both the closed positions and the new trades. The reported sequence moved from longs in three assets to new positions in two, with Ether accounting for most of their stated value.

A long position seeks to profit from a price increase. The $6.09 million loss relates to positions the trader closed; the $42.9 million figure describes the separate positions opened afterward.
