Celestia (TIA) traded at $0.4393 against Tether (USDT) on Binance on Nov. 3, with an hourly relative strength index (RSI) of 28.8; TIA was below its 20-, 50- and 200-hour exponential moving averages (EMAs).

The hourly EMAs were $0.4447 for the 20-hour average, $0.4561 for the 50-hour average and $0.4920 for the 200-hour average. It described the low hourly RSI as a possible short-term bounce signal, but not confirmation that a bottom had formed.

On the daily chart, RSI was 37.3 and falling. TIA was below its 20-day EMA at $0.5207 and 50-day EMA at $0.4983, but above its 200-day EMA at $0.4281.

The $0.4542 daily pivot marked a stronger recovery threshold; a daily close above it would strengthen the signal.
