[Crypto Ecomap] Data availability falls 16.7% as Bitcoin ecosystem gains 6.6%
Only 2 of 25 crypto sectors gained over the week. The Bitcoin ecosystem rose 6.6% and bridges gained 5.3%, while data availability led losses with a 16.7% decline.

The Bitcoin ecosystem led weekly crypto sector gains as 23 sectors declined, with data availability, AI and DePIN posting double-digit losses.
As of November 3, only 2 of the 25 sectors recorded weekly gains. The Bitcoin ecosystem rose 6.6%, followed by bridges at 5.3%. The remaining 23 sectors fell, highlighting the narrow breadth of the advance.
Data availability recorded the steepest decline at 16.7%. AI fell 12.3%, followed by DePIN at 12.0% and social at 10.8%. These four sectors posted double-digit losses, while staking services declined 8.5%.
Losses also extended across sectors that avoided double-digit declines. Privacy coins fell 5.5%, while real-world assets (RWA) lost 7.3%. DeFi declined 6.5% and first-generation smart contracts dropped 6.3%. NFT applications fell 6.5%, alongside a 6.2% decline in store-of-value assets.
Among declining sectors, smart contract platforms and Ethereum held up relatively well, falling 2.7% and 3.0%, respectively. Oracles lost 3.4%, while Bitcoin declined 4.4%, contrasting with the Bitcoin ecosystem's advance. File storage fell 4.5%, exchange tokens dropped 5.3% and memecoins lost 4.3%. Data services declined 4.6%, XRP fell 3.7% and utilities and services lost 3.6%. Perpetual DEXs and gaming declined 5.2% and 6.6%, respectively.
The distribution shows gains concentrated in two sectors amid widespread weekly losses. The Bitcoin ecosystem's advance stood apart from Bitcoin's own decline. Bridges also gained, but the limited number of advancing sectors suggests that strength had yet to spread across the broader market.
