At 10:53 a.m. ET (15:53 UTC) Nov. 3, NEBIUS and CoreWeave were each up more than 5% as cloud-computing shares moved higher in U.S. trading.

Bloom Energy separately reached a strategic partnership to advance decarbonized power projects in California. Bloom Energy's gain exceeded 10% early in the session.
