Binance Logs About $5.28 Billion in Net Outflows Over 46 Hours
Hourly deposits moved above withdrawals at 10 p.m. ET Nov. 2, one hour before Binance’s cumulative flow window ended.

When Binance’s 46-hour tracking window closed, withdrawals still exceeded deposits by about $5.28 billion, although the latest hourly snapshot had already shifted in deposits’ favor.
The period ran from 1 a.m. ET Nov. 1 to 11 p.m. ET Nov. 2. Withdrawals totaled $10.97 billion, while deposits reached $5.695 billion, leaving cumulative flows negative for the full window.
The 10 p.m. ET Nov. 2 reading marked a change in the hourly pace, not a reversal of the 46-hour balance. Binance CEO Richard Teng wrote, “The trend is starting to show more positive inflows with hourly deposits exceeding withdrawals.”
Binance reopened withdrawals in stages beginning Nov. 1 after its Oct. 29 security incident. The Oct. 29 incident impacted about $6.34 billion in digital assets; about $2.85 billion had been frozen or intercepted, subject to reconciliation and market-price volatility. Binance will absorb the financial impact of the stolen funds rather than pass it to users.
