Binance’s published Luna Classic (LUNC) burn total is 21,007,131.83 tokens higher than a second cumulative burn total; no November transaction appeared in the Nov. 2 snapshot.

Binance’s cumulative total is 88,116,134,068.45 LUNC. A second cumulative record totaled 88,095,126,936.62 LUNC across 50 transactions. The two published totals differ by 21,007,131.83 LUNC, and the records do not explain the gap.

At 11:32:57 p.m. ET Nov. 2 (04:32:57 UTC Nov. 3), the recorded history had no November entry. The recorded history contained a transaction entry in every UTC calendar month from March 2023 through October 2026, a 44-month run. The November omission in that snapshot does not establish that Binance lacked an official record or skipped a burn.

Binance’s program covers 50% of fees from LUNC spot and margin trading. The exchange calculates the previous month’s fees before the fifth day of each month, then updates on-chain transactions and monthly reports. Its rules do not set an exact date for the subsequent transactions, leaving the November entry within the stated calculation window as of the snapshot.

Binance announced the 50% rate in December 2022 and delayed the first fee contributions until March 1, 2023. The program remains in effect until further notice.
