Healthpeak Properties, Inc. set a $0.1017 per-share dividend payable Nov. 25, with shareholders on record Nov. 13 eligible, as the company also scheduled a December payment.

The December payment is set for Dec. 30, and shareholders of record Dec. 18 are eligible. The Dec. 30 payment is also $0.1017 per share.
