Craig-Hallum downgraded HealthStream, Inc. (HSTM) to hold from buy on Nov. 3, saying the stock's rally had pushed its valuation too high despite good quarterly results.

HealthStream shares had gained about 39% year to date and about 50% over the previous six months. Craig-Hallum pointed to those gains in its valuation rationale for the rating change.
