Amazon Shares Rise 6% as U.S.-Listed Technology Stocks Diverge

Alibaba gained 4.6%, while Micron Technology fell more than 4%.

Amazon shares rose 6% as U.S.-listed technology stocks moved in different directions, with gains for Alibaba, Microsoft and Apple alongside declines for Micron Technology, Intel, ASML and Nvidia.

Alibaba gained 4.6%. Microsoft and Apple each rose more than 4%.

Micron Technology fell more than 4%, while Intel and ASML each dropped more than 3%. Nvidia declined 2.7%.
