SK Hynix's Seoul-listed shares fell about 7.4% Thursday as the premium on Hyperliquid's American depositary receipt (ADR)-linked contract widened to 44.54% against its common-share-linked contract, extending a pricing gap even as both contracts declined.

The common-share-linked SKHX contract fell 6.40% to $948.69, while its open interest rose 14.26%. The ADR-linked SKHY contract dropped 5.43% to $137.12, and its open interest declined 3.85% over the same comparison period.

The SKHY-to-SKHX premium rose from 43.05% to 44.54%, an expansion of about 1.48 percentage points. SKHX's larger loss coincided with the widening gap, while SKHY fell less. Open interest moved in opposite directions: it increased for SKHX and decreased for SKHY.

SKHY began trading on Hyperliquid July 10. Its premium ranged from 16.45% to 33.30% in July before reaching 47.14% on Oct. 15. The latest 44.54% reading was above the July range but below that October peak.
