YieldMax Sets DRAY ETF’s Weekly Distribution at $0.1667

YieldMax set a weekly distribution of $0.1667 per share for its DKNG Option Income Strategy ETF (DRAY) on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 51.3% above its previous weekly payment. The next payment is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 6.

Thursday, Nov. 5, is both the ex-dividend and record date. The previous weekly distribution was $0.1102.

The fund’s annualized distribution rate is 70.82%, based on its latest payment and net asset value at the Nov. 3 close. Annualizing a single distribution does not represent total return. The fund’s 30-day SEC yield was 3.41% for the period ended Oct. 31, a measure that excludes option income.

DRAY uses call spreads on DraftKings Inc. (DKNG) to seek weekly income. Distributions are not guaranteed and may differ significantly. The fund previously set a weekly payout at an earlier $0.1078-per-share distribution.
