Trump Media Transfers 4,259 Bitcoin to Crypto.com as BTC Nears $80K
The two transfers totaled nearly the amount pledged for 2028 convertible notes. Noteholders could request cash repayment on Nov. 30, with potential repayments reaching $1 billion.

Trump Media transferred 4,259 Bitcoin (BTC) to Crypto.com on Thursday, Nov. 5, a move worth $343.67 million that put a large corporate holding in focus as BTC traded near $80,000.
The coins moved in two transfers of 2,140 BTC and 2,119 BTC. A transfer to an exchange by itself does not prove the company sold the BTC.
The amount nearly matched the 4,260.73 BTC Trump Media pledged as collateral for its 2028 convertible notes in a June 30 SEC filing.
Trump Media held about 14,139 BTC as of July 31, including pledged coins. BTC had rebounded from about $75,600 on election night; BTC/USD was $79,029 at 9:39 a.m. ET (14:39 UTC) on Nov. 5. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $514.2 million in net outflows over the first two trading sessions of November. BTC remained about 36% below a record near $126,080.
Noteholders could request cash repayment on Nov. 30, with potential repayments reaching $1 billion. No sale was confirmed at publication.
