Bitcoin Rises 1.22% in One Hour to $76,178 on Binance Spot
BTC remained down 5.56% over 24 hours as short liquidations topped long liquidations across three exchanges.

Bitcoin (BTC) rose 1.22% in the hour through 7:10 p.m. ET Thursday, reaching $76,178 on Binance's BTC/USDT spot pair.
The pair was priced at $75,257 an hour earlier, a $921 increase over that interval. The one-hour percentage compares the two Binance spot readings; it is separate from BTC's 24-hour change. BTC remained down 5.56% over 24 hours at the time of the snapshot. The 1.22% calculation uses the earlier $75,257 reading as its baseline, while the 24-hour comparison uses a different starting point.
Bitcoin liquidations on Binance, Bybit and OKX for the same one-hour window totaled $840,000 in long positions and $1.3 million in short positions. Short liquidations exceeded long liquidations by $460,000 across those three exchanges.
The hourly advance and 24-hour decline compare the snapshot with different reference times, so both figures can apply at once. The market snapshot also ranked Bitcoin first by market capitalization.
