A morning snapshot showed losses across U.S. optical communications stocks on Nov. 5, led by a decline of more than 11% for AAOI.

At 9:47 a.m. ET (14:47 UTC), Lumentum was down nearly 9%. Coherent fell more than 7%, while Corning slipped nearly 7%.
