Binance’s SPYUSDT perpetual gives traders price exposure to the State Street SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust through a derivative, without granting ownership of fund shares or shareholder rights.

The contract settles in Tether (USDT), trades 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and has maximum leverage of 10x. Binance had scheduled its launch for April 6, 2026, at 9:40 a.m. ET (13:40 UTC).

A SPYUSDT quote represents the derivative’s market price, not ownership of the ETF. Contract holders do not receive shares in the fund or shareholder rights.
