USDC Treasury minted 250 million USD Coin (USDC) on Solana at 5:06 p.m. ET (22:06 UTC) Friday, Nov. 6. The transaction was valued at about $250 million, and a Circle minting address executed it.

Separately, USD Coin circulation stood at 69.2 billion, down about 800 million over the preceding seven days.
