Basis Cash took to Twitter to announce that the Discord vote to offer remaining BASv1 holders another migration window has passed, and a Snapshot vote has been proposed.
Some users have been unable/unwilling to migrate for various reasons, according to Basis Cash. While reopening the migration window is not possible, they ask the community to decide if:
1. A snapshot of BASv1 holders should be taken as of 0000 UTC Feb 24. Another opportunity to migrate should be offered, perhaps with a penalty.
2. Migration should be ended as planned. BASv1 holders who have missed the deadline forfeit their claims to BASv2.
