Advasa Holdings Names William Witherspoon as Chief Financial Officer

Witherspoon will remain on the board as a non-independent director after leaving three committees. Grady Ryther remains CEO.

Advasa Holdings Inc. named William Witherspoon chief financial officer effective Oct. 6, adding a new finance chief while Grady Ryther remains the company’s chief executive officer.

Ryther stepped down as interim CFO. Witherspoon joined Advasa’s board in June after serving as an independent director and has experience in asset acquisitions, financing, real estate development and financial advisory services.

Witherspoon will remain on the board as a non-independent director. He left the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees.

Advasa trades on Nasdaq under the ticker ADBT.
