Michael Morgan to Become Mueller Water Products CFO Around Nov. 19

Morgan will take over as executive vice president of finance on Oct. 28, while Melissa Rasmussen remains CFO through the fiscal 2026 annual report filing.

Michael Morgan will become Mueller Water Products’ chief financial officer around Nov. 19, completing a leadership transition tied to the company’s fiscal 2026 annual report filing.

Morgan will join the company as executive vice president of finance effective Oct. 28. His move to the CFO role is planned for after Mueller Water files its annual report.

Melissa Rasmussen will continue serving as CFO through the filing. The company did not provide a more precise date than around Nov. 19 for Morgan’s transition to the position.
