STMicroelectronics will put Jean-Marc Chery’s proposed one-year continuation as president and CEO to a shareholder vote at its 2027 annual general meeting.
Chery has accepted the proposal, which still requires shareholder approval.
The vote will determine whether Chery remains in both roles for the additional year.
