Jakub Rusiecki, founder of Social Graph Ventures, has joined Colosseum as a principal and will review Solana hackathon submissions at an organization that also operates an accelerator and venture fund.

Colosseum uses hackathons to attract developers. Its accelerator supports founders from the idea stage, while its fund invests in standout accelerator projects and other companies.

Rusiecki first met Colosseum co-founder Clay Robbins in January 2024, when the organization was launching and preparing to raise its first fund. Over the past year, Rusiecki and the Colosseum team repeatedly favored the same early-stage projects and reached similar investment judgments.

Rusiecki plans to attend Breakpoint in London.
