GTCFX Appoints Charbel Raffoul CEO After Naming New General Manager
The brokerage offers crypto contracts for difference but does not serve US residents.

GTCFX announced Oct. 19 that it had appointed Charbel Raffoul CEO, placing him in charge of the brokerage’s strategy, operations, governance and international business development.
The appointment follows GTCFX’s Oct. 15 announcement that it had named Abdulrahman Ahmed Al Ali general manager. The company did not announce a change to its crypto products alongside Raffoul’s appointment.
Raffoul spent more than eight years at Equiti in compliance and financial crime roles. He also held positions at ADS Securities, Alpari ME and Swissquote. In November 2025, ATFX announced his appointment as head of compliance for the Middle East and North Africa.
GTCFX offers crypto contracts for difference, which give traders exposure to changes in digital asset prices without ownership of the underlying assets. The brokerage does not serve US residents.
