Clearfield, Inc. co-founder Cheri Beranek plans to retire on March 31, 2027, but could leave the president and CEO roles earlier if the company appoints a successor.

Clearfield announced Oct. 20 that its board will begin a search for her replacement. Beranek co-founded the company in 2008 and currently holds both roles.
