Asia Gulf Holdings, parent of Singapore Gulf Bank, has appointed Revolut Group Chairman Martin Gilbert and former Singapore minister Maliki Osman to its global advisory board, adding finance and government experience.

Gilbert will advise on global investment strategy, while Osman will focus on geopolitical affairs. The appointments bring a fintech executive and a former government official to the holding company's advisory panel.

Gilbert co-founded Aberdeen Asset Management before becoming Revolut Group's chairman. Osman served as a minister in Singapore's Prime Minister's Office and as second minister for foreign affairs.

Amy Lee chairs the advisory board, and former Federal Reserve Vice Chair for Supervision Randal Quarles is its vice chair.

Singapore Gulf Bank is licensed in Bahrain and serves digital asset clients. It offers stablecoin conversion to eligible clients.
